  1. This is the cure for SLOW mouse movement!  I don't have the accompanying README file, but there is a $5 shareware notice within the Control Panel when you select Mouse2 CDEV.  Operation is very straightforward and self-evident.  Start using this, and everybody else's mouse seems slow and awkward!
